2008 WPIAL Individual Swimming Championships
Baldwin swimminer Drew Sapp, a Senior, has qualified for the WPIAL AAA Championships in all 8 Individual events!! Leah Winter, a Sophomore, has qualified in the 100 backstroke and the 200 Individual Medley. These are both extreme accomplishments for these swimmers, The times that they need to make are extremely FAST and get lower each year.
Both will swim and represent Baldwin February 26th and 27th at the University of Pittsburgh Trees Hall.

The 2007-2008 Baldwin JV and Varsity Swimming Programs will be starting their season in their brand new pool at Baldwin High School. While the renovations continue around the high school, the pool is complete and the season promises to be both a great Inaugural season and Competitive!!!

The First Day of Middle School practice was last Monday. The turn out was great and Head Coach Wendy Lutz is thrilled with the talent and numbers. Here are some pictures of the first practice in the NEW Highlander Pool!!!
